Hailing from Olathe, KS, William Wiseman, our devoted Padel enthusiast and self-employed real estate investor, discovered his love for the sport a decade ago during a college trip to Spain. Embracing Padel California’s vision, he joined forces with James and Amir to bring the Padel craze to the West Coast.

Hailing from the lively landscapes of Brazil, Francesca’s journey with Padel began in a unique way – her parents, pioneers in the sport, established a Padel academy two decades ago. At the tender age of 10, Francesca found herself under the guidance of none other than the two-time world champion Alejandro Novillo. These early influences ignited a passion for Padel that has only grown stronger with time.
The Global Tennis Nomad
At 17, Francesca’s adventurous spirit led her to the United States, where she played college tennis at St Edward’s University in Austin, TX.
Her coaching journey has been nothing short of a global odyssey, spanning across Florida, Texas, Vermont, California, Austria, Germany, and of course, her homeland Brazil.
A Multifaceted Role at Padel California
In the dynamic world of Padel California, Francesca wears many hats. From curating padel clinics, coaching programs to orchestrating vibrant events and fostering community growth, she is at the heart of it all.
“I do coaching, create events, and help the community grow! The best part is meeting amazing people and helping them love a sport that I am passionate about.”

James hails from the sun-soaked shores of Southern California, where he’s embraced a lifelong passion for racquet sports.

“I quickly joined the squad when I caught wind that Padel California was on a mission to bring the Padel craze to the West Coast of the United States. My passion to Padel began over a decade ago in the heart of Spain, and it was love at first sight.“
Now, you might be wondering, what’s James’s gig at Padel California, and what makes him tick in his role?
“I’m on a mission to scout out exciting new locations for our team, where Padel can thrive and flourish.
I’m also bridging the world of pickleball with Padel, forging connections between these dynamic sports. But the best part of my job? Being able to spread the news of Padel through professional pickleball tournaments.”
